Get Involved!

The EASTWICK NEIGHBORS & FRIENDS COALITION (EFNC) was formed in May 2012 as a community organization concerned with the future of our neighborhood.

Eastwick Neighbors and Friends at City Hall

Eastwick Neighbors and supports turned out in great numbers to stand up for Eastwick during the October 9, 2012 City Council hearing on the flooding in Eastwick.

We were spurred to action due to a development proposal put forth by The Korman Company (Korman), who requested rezoning of a 35-acre parcel of green space land, bordering on Lindbergh Boulevard and John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge, adjacent to our community.

Since then, Eastwick residents and stakeholders have worked to educate, inform, and involve the community in decisions impacting the environmental, economic, and social health of Eastwick. Korman’s rights through the decades-old urban renewal agreement are gone, and the next chapter of community planning is beginning.

Take some time to browse this website and you will learn the history of Eastwick.
