Eastwick Flood Survey: Your Opinions and Information are Needed!

Attention all Eastwick Residents – Help Find Solutions to Flooding in Eastwick!

Are you forced to pay high flood insurance premiums?
Have you had flooding in or around your home or neighborhood?
Have you experienced negative effects from flooding in the area near your home?

If any of the above apply, than please complete the on-line survey at: www.phillywatersheds.org/watershed_issues/flooding_survey *

*IMPORTANT NOTE:  A postcard was mailed the end of August to many residents in zipcode #19153.  The weblink to the on-line flooding survey was incorrectly printed on the postcard.  Our apologies for the error.  Please note the correct weblink above.

Eastwick Friends & Neighbors Coalition (EFNC), along with Philadelphia District #2 Councilman Kenyatta Johnson and the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD), are asking all Eastwick area residents to complete this PWD flooding survey.  PWD recognizes the huge challenges that flooding causes to Eastwick homes and businesses.  PWD seeks to determine causes and develop solutions.  They need information from all who have been affected.

If you need a paper copy of the Flooding Survey, please contact your Block Captain, or call J. Graham at 215-292-4879.  EFNC will make sure your paper copy gets to the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD).  Please retain a copy of your completed survey for your records, and provide one to EFNC, if possible.  Mail to:  EFNC Flood Survey, c/o FOHR , P.O. Box 333, Folcroft PA 19032.

If you have any questions about the Flooding Survey, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

It is important that your flooding concerns be heard and reported – please complete the survey today!

Thank you.
